Each individual may hold only one (1) lodibwt account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. lodibwt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must notify lodibwt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. lodibwt reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You agree to provide any documentation requested by lodibwt for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
lodibwt accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your lodibwt wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
lodibwt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lodibwt bears no responsibility.

Bets may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where lodibwt expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market. The availability of cash-out is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodibwt platform:
lodibwt cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.
All content on the lodibwt platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of lodibwt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the lodibwt platform without the prior written consent of lodibwt.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodibwt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
lodibwt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodibwt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lodibwt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Upon termination for cause, lodibwt may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your lodibwt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
lodibwt operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
lodibwt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodibwt will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the lodibwt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
